Project Fanboy is happy to announce that we've extended our podcasting family to include 3 fellow comic book fans. As many of you know for the last month we've been having a series of guest hosts come on our comic book podcast, the Fanboy Buzz (). Project Fanboy has made its pick and we decided to have three people join us on the podcast. We'd like to welcome the following to our Fanboy Buzz Crew.
Jean-Sebastien Heroux - Jean-Sebastien (or "JS" as he is called on the podcast) is a master of social media management, new media and he even dabbles in his fair share of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). A pool of knowledge, he joins forces with Stephen Jondrew in defending the wealth of maple syrup stockpiled in Canada.
Jason Dyer - Jason Dyer is a freelance writer who has worked for numerous newspapers, websites, magazines and other trade publications. He has sold short stories, published his own comic properties, developed characters and plotlines for video and board gaming companies. Excluding his vault of home-made sound effects (or one sound effect in particular – check out the podcast if you don't know what we're talking about) you can check out his work at www.jasondyerstudios.com
Steve Boyd - Steve Boyd (known as Steve Mark II, Old Steve, or Earth 2 Steve) joins us with many years of comic book knowledge. For a couple years now Steve has been the Director of ComicCollectorLive.com so you know that he loves comics. He's conducted his fair share of interviews with creators in the past and Project Fanboy is hoping that this is the first of many paths we can cross with ComicCollectorLive.com.
We welcome all of our new hosts to the podcast.
For those of you who aren't familiar with the podcast, the Fanboy Buzz is weekly look at the latest and greatest in the comic book world. If you can't tell by now the hosts of the podcast love comics and do the show out of the passion for them. We're not too far from having 50 Episodes behind us so if you haven't checked us out yet, please check out Episode 44 as it was just released today.
Of course we also like to continue on the basis that Project Fanboy was built on which is giving all sorts of creators a place to showcase their work that they might not get in other avenues. In turn we'd like to remind everyone that if you want to promote your work please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or if you'd prefer to leave us a message for our Creator Spotlight section of the podcast feel free to call us at 239-244-BUZZ(2899). If you have any opinions/suggestions for the show, please feel free to get in touch with us too.

Before we let you go here's a couple updates with the rest of Project Fanboy. We're currently working on launching an updated version of our website in the upcoming weeks so keep your eyes open for that. As well, once we do that launch we'll be looking to add some staff to our volunteer (unpaid) review staff position. We're currently taking applicants who are interested (if you're interested email email@example.com). A successful candidate will end up getting access to review copies we get from creators to do reviews for the site. Finally, if you haven't joined our forums, please head over and join the community now at . If you are registered and haven't posted for a while why not come back and say hello.
That's it for today. Thanks from all of us at Project Fanboy
