  5. Woodchuck Guest

I've got most of those issues (I think I'm missing 4-5 single issues), and there are some good stories in the bunch (the Byrne Cap stories, Bloodstone Hunt, Acts of Vengeance issues, the first Mark Waid issues), but there are also some doozies (Cap Wolf, the Superia Stratagem, Fighting Chance) that are pretty terrible.

  6. TomLupo Guest

i finished bloodstone and i'm on the acts of violence.....i will re-read the cap-wolf books for the hell of it.

WELL I READ GALACTIC STORM[I HAVE THE 2 TRADES]...AND IT WAS WAY TOO LONG. IT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN 8-10 ISSUES. THEN I READ CAPWOLF.
IT STARTS OUT OK, BUT BY THE TIME HE BECOMES CAPWOLF HIS THOUGHTS ARE JUMBLED......ONE MINUTE HE CAN'T REMEMBER THAT THE SHIELD IS HIS AND 2 PAGES LATER HE REMEMBERS CABLE FROM AN AVENGERS FILE BECAUSE HE NEVER ACTUALLY MET CABLE BEFORE. THE STORY IS HORRID.
BUT THE BACK UP STORY WITH DIAMONDBACK AND CROSSBONES ARE EXCELLENT. THE LEAD UP TO THE EVENTUAL CONFROTATION WITH HER AND SNAPDRAGON WAS GREAT...ESPECIALLY THE ISSUES WHERE THEY GO TO A.I.M. ISLAND AND CAP FIGHTS TONS OF VILLIANS AS HE IS DISGUISED AS CROSSBONES..
I'M ON THE SAVAGE LAND ISSUES...I NEVER WAS A FAN OF KA-ZAR BUT I'M DEALING WITH IT.
